Understanding Llivo’s Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Llivo's cancellation policies are thoughtfully designed to balance flexibility for guests with fair treatment for hosts, providing clear and straightforward guidelines for managing cancellations.
Flexible Cancellation Policy
- Guests can receive a full refund if they cancel at least 24 hours before check-in (local time of the listing).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours before check-in result in a refund minus the first night's stay and service fees.
Moderate Cancellation Policy
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to check-in.
- Cancellations within 5 days of check-in will result in a 50% refund, excluding the first night's stay and service fees.
Strict Cancellation Policy
- Guests must cancel at least 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund, excluding service fees.
- Cancellations within 14 days before check-in will not receive a refund, except in special circumstances approved by Llivo.
How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel a booking:
- Log into your Llivo account and navigate to your bookings.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation prompts.
- Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent via email.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method used during booking.
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.
- Please contact our Support Team if you have any questions regarding your refund.
